The Kenmar Medical Office Building, a 60,000 sq. ft, four story building located at 833 Campbell Street in Marietta, Georgia, has been purchased from an overseas owner by a partnership led by Keel Funds, LLC. The building sits on a roughly five-acre pad walking distance from the Wellstar's Kennestone Hospital.
