is a Co-Founder of Keel Funds with over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate and corporate governance. He started his career as a real estate and corporate transaction attorney with extensive work in commercial real estate and corporate formation.
In 2002, Chris joined Goddard Investment Group, an Atlanta-based private real estate investment group focusing primarily on value add office and industrial opportunities. He was responsible for overseeing assets in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Denver, and was directly involved in the acquisition of 18 office properties and the disposition of 28 properties valuing over $800 Million. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in 1992.[/one_half]
